Brighton and Hove Council has developed ‘Journey On’, an excellent website devoted to travelling around the City.
www.journeyon.co.uk helps you make an informed choice about how to get from A to B.

More than just a route finder, Journey On calculates and displays the distance, duration, calories burnt, cost and carbon emissions of the various ways of getting from A to B from walking or cycling through public transport to car travel.

Naked bike ride in Brighton

Brighton’s fifth Naked Bike Ride – one of 50 similar events in cities all over the world.

The World Naked Bike Ride is a celebration of cycling, of body power and streets for people. It is a protest against the domination of our towns and cities by cars and the destructive effects of car & oil dependency as they threaten our health, our communities, our local environment and global ecology.
