Grassroot movements call for rich countries to reduce their carbon emission by 50% and for countries committing climate crimes to be punished! 30,000 people including NGOs, government officials and scientists attended the World People’s Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth, in Cochabamba, Bolivia as a direct response to last year’s UN summit in Copenhagen
