UK Nuclear Non Proliferation Flame Of Hope Peace Walk
FLAME OF HOPE FOR THE GLOBAL ABOLITION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS
BRIGHTON TO WORTHING APRIL 8th, 10.00AM. ASSEMBLE AT BRIGHTON PALACE PIER
This is part of the South Coast Relay from Lydd to Portsmouth organised by Abolition 2000 to raise awareness of the vital UN talks due to take place in New York in May. The flame, together with photographs and film of the event, will be taken to an exhibition in New York.
The walk will follow the scenic cycle/foot path where possible but sometimes will have to use the main thoroughfare too. Feel free to participate for as long or as short as you wish.

No to Nuclear
Say no to nuclear weapons and join the Flame of Hope as it passses through Brighton Thursday 8 April. The Flame of Hope will send a strong message of support to the leaders of the 186 countries who are attending the Review Conference of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in May. The conference aims to abolish all nuclear weapons through multilateral negotiation.
